Group Exercise at the Courthouse is fitness at its finest! We have four studios where you can find a large variety of classes. Our Group Exercise Studio has over 2400 sq ft of suspended wood flooring to give you the best surface available for your workouts. All Classes are instructed with modifications in movements, so that All Levels of fitness may have a safe, fun, innovated and highest quality exercise experience.

The PACE Studio gives you a time-efficient circuit of equipment that combines strength with cardiovascular exercise and is perfect for people on the go.

Advanced PACE – Cardio Resistance

Take the efficient PACE workout and pump up the volume! Advanced, intense cardio moves teamed up with strength exercises.

Spin - Cardio

45 minutes of cardio calorie burning on indoor stationary bikes set to motivational music. All levels of fitness will enjoy the cardiovascular and strength endurance cycle training through climbing hills, speed runs, short sprints, and jumps. You can set your workout to the pace that is best for you. An individual can burn up to 850 calories in 45 minutes!

Shift N Lift – Cardio Resistance

Combine endurance and strength training in one spin class with the addition of barbell/hand weight/band exercises to improve power and muscle definition. This workout provides intervals of cardio spin to improve cardiovascular fitness with strength training exercises to increase muscle tone and strength. !

Just Weights – Endurance Strength

One solid hour of high-efficiency, high-intensity training utilizing dumbbells, bands, hand weights and body weight to strengthen muscles, joints, and boost metabolism for increased results.

Power Pump – Cardio Resistance

An intense class designed to help you work harder to tone and strengthen total body muscles as well as increase your cardio endurance. This is a full-body workout that will keep you coming back for more!

20-20-20 - Cardio

A great fat burner!!!! Class starts with a 20 minute outdoor walk or run (in case of inclement weather, we will walk/run indoors), followed by 20 minutes of Spin, ending with 20 minutes of flexibility training and abs(which we all need!). CROSS TRAINING …. Is what it’s all about!!!!

Xpress Step – Choreographed Cardio

30 minutes of beginner to intermediate choreographed step fun! This aerobic exercise will help you to improve cardiovascular endurance, burn, burn, burn fat, sugar, and calories! Each class will be followed by 15 minutes of abdominal work.

Xpress Step/BOSU – Choreographed Cardio

30 minutes of intermediate level step aerobics mixed with intervals of BOSU. BOSU classes improve your cardiovascular or aerobic fitness, muscular strength, endurance (especially for the ab and back muscles), and flexibility. Not only will you get the great cardio endurance benefits of step but also the added benefits of increased balance, coordination and body awareness.

 

 

Step N Pump – Cardio Resistance

A challenging mix of beginner to intermediate step aerobics moves and resistance training to keep your heart pumping and your muscles working.

Kick Punch N Crunch - Cardio

A great class with high energy for those who are looking for more than just kickboxing. This class incorporates floor work, kickboxing, and heavy abs for a great workout!

Step N Pump – Cardio Resistance

A challenging mix of beginner to intermediate step aerobics moves and resistance training to keep your heart pumping and your muscles working. .

Turbo Kick – Choreographed Cardio

Combines the better of two worlds: martial arts and group exercise. This is the complete 45-60 minute cardiovascular workout that includes intense intervals, combinations, strength and endurance.

ZUMBA – Choreographed Cardio

Heat things up with the hottest Latin and international music and moves. You’re sure to be energized with this hot and spicy cardio workout. This class moves you step by step with fun choreography to get your feet moving and heart pumping.

Fit for Life – Cardio Resistance

Interval style workout for our beginner exercisers and our senior populations, in which we enhance cardio fitness, improve flexibility and endurance strength. Great overall workout in one class!

YOGA – Mind/Body

The more you work your body, the more you must let it stretch and extend. Enjoy a time of deep body-focused movement and meditation. Emphasis will be placed on proper breathing, correct body alignment, core stability and increased muscle awareness. This is a non-impact, progressive workout that builds in intensity as you improve your flexibility.

Fitness Pilates – Fitness Mind/Body

Learn to utilize and strengthen your “powerhouse” – your deep abdominal muscles, oblique and lower back – in this class that combines the precise movements of Pilates with traditional fitness elements.

PiYo - Fitness Mind/Body

This is an athletic blend of Pilates and Yoga that will challenge all aspects of your mind and body. Enjoy 60 minutes of this unique combination class to lengthen and strengthen your muscles.
